Facial diagnosis is the art of looking at a person’s face to discover what organ system is not functioning properly, or what disease process may be at work. Our face reflects the health of our body, and when unwanted blemishes, lines, colors, etc. are present, these may be signs of disfunction.

The health of the body is dependent upon our organs, which reflects in our face. All things are connected inside and out; each part of our body (organs, tissues) is connected with our emotional state as well. So, emotions are also revealed in the face. It’s like anything else, we just have look closer to see what’s there.

As a society we tend to be over-concerned with appearance. Using modern technology, doctors can remove superficial blemishes through laser treatments, creams, injections, and even surgeries. Often, people are dissatisfied with these treatments, as the problem tends to resurface in the same spot.

It’s important to remove the cause of the facial signs, naturally, through good nutrition and using natural supplements for support. Improving overall health and well-being reduces the cause of our facial signs—the internal disfunctions—and will negate the need for facial surgeries or treatments, except in the case of injuries. While diet is important, the natural supplements indicated in this book are quite effective in supporting organ function as well as mental/emotional health. They include
herbs, homeopathic medicines, and cell salts (for mineral deficiency). The cell salt explanations will add a different perspective on physical, emotional, or mental symptoms as well. Using these and other personal care tools will help balance and support organ function for better overall health.

The Chinese diagnosing perspective of the face is a tool they have used for thousands of years. Their concept of the associated organs is somewhat different than the western point of view. However, they do not rely upon facial diagnosis alone for the final assessment of a disease. There are other body diagnostic tools available from several other cultures and masters’ experiences. Some of the facial, or body signs, may or may not equate to a medical diagnosis.

The Facial Diagnosis Book facial renderings are the extremes and don’t represent a normal face. An average face may present several layers of organ weakness. This perspective of the face provides hints that must be taken with other signs and symptoms to determine the course to follow.
